TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Viking Buck$ are debit dollars that are used on-campus and at select off-campus neighborhood locations. When you run out of Viking Buck$ you can always add more with the assurance that your unused Viking Buck$ will roll over to the next academic term and even to the following year. Click the “Add Money” tab to the left for ways to fund your account.

• Your Viking Buck$ account is built right into your existing Augustana ID Card. Just swipe your Augie ID Card at the time of purchase at any participating location and the balance is deducted from your Viking Buck$ account.

• You don’t need to open your account ― every enrolled student and all faculty and staff have a Viking Buck$ account, it’s automatic.

• Augustana students, faculty and staff can manage your own Viking Buck$ account on-line from your my.augie.edu portal account then go to “Augie ID Card Account Manager” to replenish your account online and review your transactions.

• Your unused Viking Buck$ balance will roll over from semester-to-semester and year-to-year.

• Unused balances are not refunded if you decide to no longer use Viking Buck$.

• Augustana College is not liable for unauthorized use of your Viking Buck$ account if your card is lost, misplaced or stolen. As long as you report a lost, misplaced or damaged ID card to the College, your Viking Buck$ are protected as of the date you notify us ― contact the Campus Safety Office (telephone 274-4014).
